IRVING, Texas, July 2026 – G Systems excited to announce that we have been approved by the U.S. Government to use the Commercial Asset Visibility Reporting Portal (CAV RP) to support critical repair operations for the U.S. Navy.
CAV RP is a web-based system managed by Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) that tracks repairable assets as they move through G Systems repair cycle. The portal gives the Navy real-time asset visibility into our depot level repairable (DLRs) from the moment they arrive for repair through completion and return. It streamlines DoD Audit readiness, which helps the Navy and DoW maintain strict inventory and financial accountability. The system allows for automated Supply Tracking by managing receipts, shipments, and in-transit tracking. Lastly, it provides the necessary contract compliance framework to continuously monitor that G Systems is meeting repair milestones and obligations as defined in the statement of work.
Through CAV-RP, G Systems reports each stage of the repair process, including receipt, induction, completion, and shipment. Transactions are reported within 24 hours, which is in line with Navy requirements for DoW contractors that manage government-owned repairable assets.
In mid-June of 2026, G Systems successfully repaired and shipped the first 3 operationally vital repaired assemblies supporting the U.S. Navy’s Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) utilizing the CAV-RP system.
