G Systems Finalizes Production of Circuit Card Assembly Testers

G Systems finalized the production of 10 Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) testers for one of the world leaders of automated mail and package sorting. The testers are equipped with Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) that allow for quick interchangeability between test heads to test multiple variations of CCAs with a single test station. G Systems testers are designed to validate the CCAs during final production acceptance in high volumes. This validation process detects production yield anomalies to ensure each card meets performance and quality standards before deployment.
