G Systems, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for full-time employment. This position reports to the Director of Engineering and has direct management responsibility for G Systems projects. Project managers interface with all aspects of the company including Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Quality/Supplier Management, and Engineering.

Responsibilities
Project manager will lead cross-functional teams ranging from 2-10 members. Management responsibilities span the full project life cycle from initial requirements definition through customer delivery. Project managers will typically manage one or multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage both daily and long-term team priorities and objectives
- Ensure all project deliverables are on-time, on-budget, and meet customer quality requirements
- Serve as primary point of customer contact after contract award for performance of the contract
- Provides communication and key metrics to all stakeholders – both internal and external
- Ensure team executes projects using standardized processes, tools and procedures
- Support job proposal activities including material and labor estimations
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in fast-paced environment managing teams for similar products involving both hardware and software development and integration
- Four-year degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Detail-oriented approach and strong organizing/planning/prioritizing skills
- Strong troubleshooting, analytic and problem-solving abilities and an innovative/resourceful mindset
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and manage risks using good judgment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligible for export-controlled work (US citizen or permanent legal resident)
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Salesforce, Atlassian suite, Sharepoint
- Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 and ERP/MRP systems
- Experience with DOD, Government and Aerospace contract adherence and flow-downs
- PMI or equivalent training/certification is desirable
